The bathing fun in our private 13 x 7 & 1.40 m deep natural swimming pond, located in a beautiful panoramic location, costs 10 CHF per person. For training, you can also swim with rubber bands. Use at your own risk. Parents will supervise.
Cold- & ice bathing
During the colder months of the year, you can also enjoy ice and cold baths with us, offering numerous health benefits: The cool water invigorates the body, has an excellent anti-aging effect by strongly stimulating blood circulation, and has a regenerative effect on our telomeres. Stepping outside our comfort zone is worthwhile; it puts you in a good mood, lifts your spirits, and strengthens your resilience.

We are also happy to serve you our culinary delights, snacks & drinks by the pool: prices can be found under "Culinary". After a relaxing swim, you can also enjoy dinner on our sun terrace.
2023 Construction phase of the natural swimming pond, from excavation to the lushly planted swimming pond
The water circulates from the swimming pond into the planted filter trench and is then purified by a UV & filter tower before being returned. Healthy alkaline water, 100% chemical-free. To keep the natural water pure, there is a warm outdoor shower. A blooming, biodiverse oasis with rare native plants is often visited by the region's wildlife at night, while iridescent dragonflies flutter through the air during the day.
Construction of a natural swimming pond in 2023
This is where Villa Sonnglück's wellness oasis is being created. The water is biologically purified by underwater plants in the filter ditch and then flows back into the swimming pond, purified through a UV filter and filter mats. The permaculture garden is already providing many vegetables and salads for our vegan dinner.
