Rent a sauna with a view of Gilgenberg Castle, only 30km south of Basel
Rent our outdoor infrared sauna for your private sauna experience for up to 6 people. It includes a sauna heater for infusions and you can choose your preferred aroma in our relaxation oasis, just 30 km south of Basel in the beautiful Gilgenberg Valley. Three time slots are available: mornings from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, midday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. External guests are welcome from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
A 3-hour sauna session costs CHF 30, plus CHF 10 per person. This includes a sauna pareo and a fun sauna hat for you to borrow. You can also rent a bathrobe or an extra-thick Russian sauna towel for an additional CHF 5. Our overnight guests receive a 30% discount on the offer.

Cold and ice bathing
For a refreshing dip, there's an outdoor shower by the swimming pond. Afterwards, you can cool off in our 13 x 7 m and 1.40 m deep natural swimming pond, which boasts a beautiful view. You can also swim with resistance bands for training. Use at your own risk; parents are responsible for supervision.
During the colder months, you can also enjoy ice and cold water swimming with us and experience numerous health benefits: The cool water invigorates the body, has an excellent anti-aging effect by stimulating blood circulation, and promotes the regeneration of telomeres. Stepping outside your comfort zone is worthwhile; it boosts your mood, lifts your spirits, and strengthens your resilience. Neoprene gloves and shoes are available in all sizes.
Brunch & Dinner
After your sauna and cold plunge, treat yourself to lunch or dinner. I will prepare a sumptuous, vegan brunch or dinner, expertly cooked with organic ingredients.
