By public transport:

During the day, bus 111 runs every 30 minutes from Laufen or Liestal. From 8 pm to 10 pm, the bus runs every 60 minutes. From Basel, the S3 train runs every 30 minutes to Laufen until 12:45 am. Once in Laufen, bus 111 is waiting for you directly at the bus station. The bus will take you to Zullwil in 15 minutes. Get off at the second stop, "Dorf" (Village), and walk back 150 meters. Then, immediately turn right onto Kappenmattstrasse and walk all the way up the hill. Make a sharp left at the bend. After about 5 minutes, you will reach Wegackerstrasse. The second house on the left is 348 Villa Sonnglück. Our modern, newly built, café latte-colored guesthouse, Chez Svanette, with its large windows, veranda with glasshouse, and large Jura limestone boulders in the garden, will soon be visible on the left-hand side of the hillside as you walk up Kappenmattstrasse. By car/motorcycle: Coming from the north via Basel: From the A3, take the A18 towards Delemont. At Aesch, the A18 becomes a country road. Before the tunnel, take the Grellingen exit. In the center of Grellingen, turn left towards the train station, cross the railway tracks towards Himmelried, Nunningen (approx. 5 km). At Rodris, turn right towards Zullwil (approx. 3 km through the forest). At the next intersection, turn left towards Nunningen. You are now in Zullwil. After about 1 km, before the pedestrian crossing, turn left onto Kappenmattstrasse and continue straight uphill for 500 m. At the top, make two sharp left turns (see attached image).
